Default Detailed: Diggin' In the Crates!

I detailed this S2K last year, and never posted up the pics. Anywhere.
Hell, I have details from '08 I haven't posted either. But whatever.

Clean, simple mods. Nothing too far out on this one.

I was lucky, for the most part, the paint was in very excellent shape. Hardly any swirls, only a few rids.

This was an engine/exterior detail. Nothing done to the interior.

****Please bear with me on this one. I don't remember all the products used, but will try, and lay out the process as best I can.****

Engine:
Cleaned with Meguiar's APC @ 10:1 with various brushes.
Blown Dry.
Dressed with 303 Aerospace Protectant. Excess buffed off.
CarbonFiber cooling plate waxed with Pinnacle Souveran.

Wheels/Tires/Arches:
-Wheels cleaned with P21S wheel gel, a spoke brush and a Swissvax wheel brush. Sealed with CarLack-68 Life Long Sealant.
-Tires cleaned with Meguiar's APC @ 4:1 with my trusty tire brush. Not sure what I dressed them with.
-Arches cleaned with Meguiar's APC @ 4:1. Not sure what I dressed them with.

Glass:
Clayed with Meguiar's white clay and Meguiar's Last Touch @ 1:1.
Cleaned with Sprayway glass cleaner and Uber glass towels.
Windshield received Aquapel treatment.

Softtop:
Washed with Mark-V Very Cherry Shampoo and a soft bristled brush.
Treated with 303 Aerospace Protectant after it was dry, before putting the hardtop back on.

Paint:
Washed with Mark-V Very Cherry Shampoo using the 2 bucket method/GritGuards/Uber sponge/Swissvax detail brush.

Rear spoiler and license plate were removed to clean behind them.

Exhaust tips cleaned with Never-Dull.

Dried with Uber drying towels.

Clayed with Meguiar's white clay and Meguiar's Last Touch @ 1:1.
Very little contamination on the car.

A few RIDs were spot buffed with the Makita and a 4" orange CCS pad using Meguiar's M105.

The rest of the car was jeweled using Menzerna 85RD and black Uber pads on the PC7424.

Wiper cowl and plastic inserts on the front bumper dressed with 303 Aerospace Protectant.

LSP was Pinnacle Souveran.

Thanks as always Frank. No, I didn't get to take her for a spin. I wish.

Hopefully someday soon, someone will let me drive theirs for a bit
