Question Immediate , Knock sensor broke! Different Honda?

So Ia m putting my transmission back on after doing the clutch everything is well, so I thought. I see I broke my damn knock sensor.. can i use a different Honda one? Maybe even one from a Toyota? I refuse to pay like 150.00 for a new one.

Please if anyone can help me out that would be great! I am going to tail of the dragon soon and I just need to get this car back together and this is holding me up. Thank you so much.

Also is there a resistance test i can do? to check a new one.

I saw on a site that a '03 civic Si sensor would work too. Can anyone verify?

try looking up the part number from honda and see if they are the same. i remember all b series knock sensors being the same, but outside of that i am unsure.

When I last cross-referenced, I couldn't find any other sensor that was compatible.

Here are the '00 S2000 part numbers I know of:
AC Delco 213-2239
AIRTEX / WELLS Part # 5S2231
BWD Automotive S8735
Delphi AS10127
Standard Motor Products KS138

Here are the -03 Civic Si part numbers:
BECK/ARNLEY Part # 1580917
STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS Part # KS197
AIRTEX / WELLS Part # 5S2320

So, I'd say the '03 Civic Si and '00 S2000 are not compatible.
