Installing can be a pain. It can be simplified by using a Boomslang harness It cost about $150 and may not be worth it.

As for tuning the two shops people recommend are Forged and PSI. I know Brian (S20004ME_PDX) is the only local member that had a VAFC, but I think he only used it for changing the VTEC engagement point. There is a member in the Pac-NW forum, S2000Junky , who has experienced tuning with the VAFC for his supercharged S2000. As you probably already know, whenever you're tuning your car it is recommended that you put you car on the dyno. Contact Brian or John at Forged or Jason at PSI and they'll can provide some more help.

Last time I tried to tune on vafc it was not good. I've talked to multiple members about vafc and they said the only thing you can really do with it on a s2000 is change te vtec engagement.
