what needs to be relocated with stage 2 kits and is there anything else we need with these kits or is it complete (besides new clutch)?

The oil filter cooler will have to be removed if you want to run the filter in the stock location. (You will also have to remove the manifold and turbo to get the filter off when doing an oil change) That is why we recommend using our oil filter relocation kit. Besides that you are correct. All that is needed is the clutch.
