Well, this is the first time I started a sports thread in Florida. I didn't know what to expect. I guess I found out.

 

Don't take it personally. I just stumbled in here and found your post. I don't even follow sports. That doesn't mean you're not a Masshole, though.

sports/religion/politics never do well in a public forum....we try to keep it out of our state and local communities as it tends to cut too deep too quickly. post at your own risk

I hope to be renting a house in Maine in August. I can't make the reservations with the property management company until after Thanksgiving for some odd reason.
I doubt that I'll be able to get up there before then. I'm highly allergic to cold and snow.

 

Me too. I get a runny nose and start sneezing when it gets cold and snowy.

I have no clue about that "after Thanksgiving" thing. Pure speculation is that they try to lease them year round until after school starts, but I don't know why they would wait until Thanksgiving.
