Well it is (very sadly) that time..... I'm parting ways with my 2003 S2000. She's been a fantastic car, but I need to free up some space in the garage / funds for a new project.
Over the winter/summer I already parted out a bunch of the car and as I'm getting closer to stock it occurred to me that I just might be lucky enough to stumble upon someone looking to start a new S2000 project if I priced it aggressively. That said I'm listing this for sale at a great price given the parts that are left on it.
Each week I'll be likely removing some more parts and the price will adjust accordingly, but given the price I'm starting at it won't get too much lower. The car is in fantastic shape and would make an extremely clean track car project and isn't too far from stock if you were looking for something more street-able.
It's been cared for very well throughout its life and I'm the only owner. It was going to become a track-only car for me after doing many car shows, but budget and time only allowed me to actually make it to 2 track days so she's seen very little use in that regard. The paint is in great shape and the car overall is super clean. Only flaws are a small number of rock chips and three small holes drilled in the door sills that you wouldn't notice if you weren't looking for them (from Ings+1 side skirts that were installed some time ago).

- Bride Zeta III Racing Seats in Black with Grey Gradation Fabric (Authentic)
- Hard Dog SCCA Compliant Roll Bar with Cross Member and Harness Bar
- Black Willans 6pt Harnesses on Driver and Passenger Seat (Good through 2011 I believe)
- Prodrive (Branded MOMO) Steering Wheel on RapFix Removable Steering Hub
- ARC Titanium Shift Knob (Authentic)
Car would also come with all OEM parts including hood, seats, all interior plastics (car is bare behind seats, plastics were not cut for the hard dog bar), airbag, steering wheel, etc.
Priced for a quick sale at $15,000 firm. The KBB on an '03 with this mileage is $14,900 in fair condition (and this car is well in the upper end of "Good" if not "Excellent" condision wise. Add in the $10,000 (retail) worth of high end parts and this is a great deal (essentially all the aftermarket stuff is free). Parting it out I'd stand to make at least $20K, so I'm pricing it to sell if someone wants it as is.
Parts start coming off this week and if I finish putting the OEM interior back in I'll be closing this treat as I'm better off selling the car and parts individually. Act soon!
Below are pics of the car with the old front bumper, wheels, suspension, and mirrors (all are OEM now). Other than that the car is in identical shape right now. Will try to snap some new pics if I can find some time on a nice day coming up.
