Default videos of my startup problem *more video added*

This problem is giving me a headache! I live in san diego, CA. anyone local around here that can fix this problem? I will pay you to fix it.

ECU:AEM EMS SERIES 2

what could it be? new p680 battery in there. had an old p680 in there and replace it with new one still same problem.

1. start the car, start ignition, car fire right up.

2. drove to the store, came out and put key in ignition, press start, car will just crank all day. (note, voltage reading 12.1 on aem tuner software). this can also happen if i start it up right now, leave it on for 15 min come back, turn ignition off and then try to crank again and it will just MAYBE crank all day. sometime it fire right up everytime, sometime it will just crank all day till i use a full size battery and jumper it. this happen RANDOMLY, and doesn't happen all the time.

here a video of it

http://tinypic.com/r/2zyaoh2/7 <<< stat sync is not turning on when cranking..

3. after i jumper it with a full size battery, it will start, here video

http://tinypic.com/r/8xptf8/7

4. and now i turn off car, take out jumper battery, and battery reading 12.9 volt and it will start everytime without a jumper.

http://tinypic.com/r/2lkqiat/7

this happen only sometime. I'm clueless with what it could be?

could it be the AEM ecu? AEM Doesn't like the p680 battery? spark plug? coil?

PLEASE HELP, this is driving me crazy!

if anyone have similiar setup like mine using the AEM EMS V2, can you please send me your calibration file? i want to compare mine to your.

i will be happy to send someone my AEM EMS v2 calibration and you can check it out if it really something wrong with the setting in aem.

Please note* if i connect my stock ECU in, it will also fire right up even without jumping battery.

after firing up with stock ecu for a bit, i can put back aem ems and it will start up again...

i have an 06 AP2 motor in there, crank sensor problem? since i know the aem ems series two only support up to 05 model? im a noob when it come to these problems.

O don't know if this is related to battery since you put a new P680T but the starting noise i can here is very odd. Very different from mine as you can see in the following video of my car

When the car is not starting the stat sync is not turning on in video. If this "stat sync" does not turn on the AEM will never fire the coils and injectors. This is a similar problem with the first gen AEM Boxes 30-1012. During cranking the Battery voltage is falling to low and the Aem is not seeing the Cam sensor correctly. On the 30-1012 we were upping the sensitivity a bit on the cam sensor by changing the pull down resistor on the board. I would contact AEM as they may have a an update for the new series 2 box to fix this problem.

aem telling me that they dont have any problem on the AEM ems series 2, usually it only on the older model.

they say usually when this happen it could be a bad cam sensor..

imma relocated my battery to the trunk with a full size battery and see how this goes. also going to try a new cam sensor and see how this work out.

i have an 06 AP2 motor in there, so i should be getting a cam sensor for that year motor?

Your running. DBW f22c with arm? Are you using a jumper harness or did you convert the DBW to a throttle cable ?
