anybody hear about how honda is working on the new s2200?

From AutoExpress:

It's fast, stylish and hi-tech - and also the car Honda said it would never design. Auto Express can exclusively reveal the firm is working flat-out on this stunning coup

about 10 more horsepower only? from 2.0 to 2.2 come on honda, everybody should write to them telling them to build a v6 or something. the NSX should at least get a v8

By now you should know that numbers dont mean anything, especially for a Honda. What i m really curious about is what the torque curve looks like. Im sure the point of this upgrade was for more power down low, not peak.

I m also really curious as to what they are going to do with the suspension. If I may guess at anything, i believe aluminum will start to find its way into some of the parts to lighten things up much like our big brother, the NSX.

Whatever does end up happening only leaves more fun for us, im sure practically whatever they do bring out, will be a direct bolt on upgrade for our generation. Gotta luv Honda's

I don't believe it myself. It makes no sense. But here's a pic of the mythical 2200 posted from another bbs.

I can easily say that car is a photoshop version because there is no rubber weather stripping at the top of the window

Honda is full of crap... a 2.2 Liter producing 10 more HP. The Feels/Mugen Stroker kit is worth more than a lameo 10 HP. I think its all BS media hype.
I dont know what to believe, a 04 SuperCharged S2000
or a 2.2L S2000

I don't understand this. The article says it will do 0-60 in around 6 seconds (S2000 less than 6 seconds) and a top speed of 150 MPH (S2000 more than 150 MPH). Another thing , I have always been under the impression that a drop top weighs more than a coupe, so why will this mythical S2200 weigh more? I highly doubt this article.
