Default Finally my ARC parts arrive

only 4 months late!! oh well, they are finally here! anyhow, many people were asking me for pics of these pieces, so here are a couple until i install them, they include the ti shift knob, ti strut bar, and ti cooling panel...

i will post some pics after i have time to install them, whenever that might be, as for my intial impressions, the quality wasn't as refined as i had expected, they are supposed to be up there with mugen and even produce for F1, for example, the surface of the strut tower bar isn't smooth and looks unfinished, and the area of the color burn is all over the place, but i'm just quickly comparing it the pieces to the work done on my amuse exhaust, anyhow i'll post more info when i have more time

congrats brandon
I got my ARC ti shiftknob yesterday from Katako as well...after 8 days of waiting...where did you purchase it from? the japanese site you recommanded is really cool, they kept me updated from day 1 and I'd rather pay for the extra for lightning delivery.

ya, they are the bomb, when I got my part, I was like "damn, its not even 10 days yet!!"

its been a sumwhat irony 10 days for me, all my parts arrived and my car was totalled...I got it from behind and was knocked off the road. Brandon I got myself an used ARC stb for 450CAN, I have to agree with your impressions. I have to compliment on the quality of Mugen products though...they are definately the top quality products, the CF hood is the most beautiful CF work I have ever seen...well I cant wait to see the imfamous Amuse hood in person but so far I dont think anyone has it yet...we r counting on you bro

does anyone know how to install a stb? i just need to know if the washers go in between the chasiss and the bar or the bar and the nuts, thanks

hey Xplosiv, i guess it could have been worse, you could have totalled you car with the parts on, that would suck, i'm not sure if i would buy them a second time

sorry bshigeta, i only bought the knob. i'm not a baller like you. hahahaha

i do believe that you put one washer on top of each (of the two) mounting points. by that, i mean that you in order of mounting, you would first put a washer, then the strut bar, then a nut.
good luck =]

i kinda still am interested in the old cooling plate, so go ahead and PM me.
