Default S2000...little changes? radical changes? big block V8? talk about it here

With the amount of threads recently regarding speculation of the S2000, I figured one thread would be a good idea..

Post your thoughts here..

But, please do not start a flamin'

Hmmm... I would love to see a slight HP bump, more torque, and an SMG tranny with Type-V steering

I do not see anything more stupid on my post then your answer Alexxxx. S2000 has awsome proportions and look. All we know that all we miss is more torque which is coming with bigger engine. New viper has also awsome look similar to S2k - both cars were designed by japanese btw.

I would pay top dollar for S2k looking car with good torque and I am certain that I am not alone on this forum.

i hope they just release a Type R version, a little more torque and horsepower, even better handling, and weight reduction... but if they don't 2.2 liter sound reasonable i don't own a s2k but i'm saving up for one... a little worried that if i actually buy one... something better is gonna come out but its good to know that you have the 1st generation (the orginal)

i wouldn't trade in my s2000's slick sixxer for any other MT, much less a semi-auto!

but to not feel too left out, for xmas i want...

3.0L NA V-10
800+hp / 18000rpm
pneumatic valvetrain

<2000lb wet weight
center driving position with no passenger seats
inboard (pushrod) active suspension with hydraulic anti-roll
carbon-fiber monocoque and widebody (76in overall width) bodywork
carbon brakes
ABS, traction control, stability control, but all can be disabled
18x10.5in front, 18x14.5in rear wheels with yokohama advan R-compound tires
