My wife and I went for a nice drive yesterday here in the mountains of Idaho. We drove appx. 250 miles and I don't think there was a straight longer than 1/4 mile the whole time. I still hadn't hit 600 miles yet so the whole day was spent at under 6000rpms and it was still incredible! At one point, a state trooper came flying up behind us from out of nowhere with all his lights blazin' away and I about crapped. I pulled over... and he flew past me ::whew::... I mean... I wasn't speeding THAT much Anyway, here are a couple pics that I snapped at one point when we were near the summit of the mountain we were on, this was at about 6200ft above sea level.

Rodney,

The picture looks great. I think this is the closest to what I thought the Spa Yellow car would look in a real world (natural light setting) setting. Post more when you have time! I'd love to see them!

Thanks

Those pictures are great, Rodney! Beautiful scenery to boot!

I am only moderately envious.

I bet you get tons of looks in that one.

Just another jaw-dropping colors added to the S2K stable!

My g/f is from Boise so I visit there once every month. She lives at that Eagle development place next to the golf courses and she drives around a Benz CLK 55 AMG. She loves the S2000 so I'll let her know about a yellow one around town and take you on a race.

Hey Rodney! NICE PICS!!! where were these pics taken from? Snowbird? Lewiston?
I just came up that way 2 weekends ago and there was no snow. I love that yellow, perhaps yours will sway me from my current choice of black or red

Thx Afterburn, that picture was taken on Hwy21 between Idaho City and Lowman.

BTW, I broke the 600 mile mark tonight and just went for another quick drive with my son. The hair on the back of my neck is still standing up from the sound of 9000rpm... DAMN I LOVE THIS THING!!!!

nice to hear that I look foreward to seeing your S2000 on the road I'll keep my eyes peeled!
You get the S from Tom Scott in Caldwell? They were offering one a few months ago, and I think you're "the one" I'm going to deal with Tom Scott Honda when I'm ready to do some financing in a couple of months We'll have to do some twisties up to McCall

Gawd, that yellow is beautiful...

Seeing that has started me thinking about upgrading to a '01... (spa yellow, of course)
