Here are the dyno sheets from today's tuning session. I apologize about the quality (or lack thereof), but as soon as I can get these on a flatbed scanner, I will replace them.

First, the powerplant:

Next, torque/HP plot:

Finally, boost (graphed with torque):

Modifications are:

Comptech Supercharger w/custom air intake and 4.25

DA*M, Pete's car is off the scale!!!
Nothing beats a FI S2000 that is revving close to 9k with LOUD blow off valve. I have been following up with his mods closely. Honestly, I was expecting to see about 280 (MAX) with his mods on Mustang dyno. But when it put down 290+, my jaw almost dropped at the end of his "WOO SHEE".

I have no doubt that his car has enough balls to surprise many unsuspecting S54 Ms out there (01+ M Roadster, M Coupes, M3s) along with C5s.

Also, it was great to see Randy and Mike there. Randy, you really need to put your car on that mustang dyno and surprise people!!!

The only other Comptech kit I have seen on that dyno is KAMcDonald and he put down ~260 RWHP. He can tell you the exact number. And, if there have been any others, please correct me here.

Whats the difference between the mustang dyno compared to other dyno machines?? Why do their #'s read so low? I thought that the comptech kit put down 292hp to the wheels with no other modifications? I'm planning on doing the comptech supercharger this summer & don't want to be disappointed with low #'s, i'm expecting at least 285hp to the wheels w/ no other modifications. Do you guys think that # is possible w/ this kit?

Believe it or not it was first time seeing the dyno tuning session, albeit short one. It was memorable to see Pete's car finally putting out very satisfying performance. I was glad that everything went smooth in the process of doing that.
It was more nerve wrecking to me than Pete himself that everyone was teasing him about the NSX getting blown up at the dyno roller. Of course that is unlikely but you never know...
I think my car would possibly go through that unfortunate fate if I put it through the dyno this time, so I am avoiding of doing it this time although I want to find out what my car puts out currently.
It is shame how I treated my car after seeing Pete's more- cleaner-and-shinier-than-showroom car. Believe me I was drooling over his car and wishing it was mine.
And his impressive Tial blow-off-valve... yum, yum...
I didn't want to spend more on my car but after seeing and hearing that blow-off-valve, I am really force to get the same one in near future and get rid off that garbage APEXi one.

So Pete, tell me how it felt driving home..... Did you feel the difference? I am sure your answer would be 'Oh f&$king yeah!'
