Where do you guys take your S2000 to have body work and paint done?

I had mine done by Dtm they are on the pricey side but good work and good people I had pictures almost every day of the work done

There really is no such thing as the 'best' bodyshop.

Pretty much every bodyshop I've taken my S to has managed to always miss something on my car.

Your best bet would probably be K&W autobody in Diamond Bar/Walnut but they are on the pricey side.
