My Appointment with the Eye Specialist
Today was the day I saw the eye specialist. Not knowing what this surgery entailed, I had really hoped he could operate on both eyes today. Nope, there's alittle more to it than that. After doing an extensive eye exam, he said he wanted to operate on the right eye as soon as possible and to setup the earliest appointment. I asked if both eyes could be operated on at the same time, but was told there had to be a month between operations. Prior to the operation, I have to go in for a "lens implant" measurement...that will be done Dec 22 and the surgery will take place a week later...Dec 29. Dec 30 I'll be as good as new, only able to see...WOOHOO!! A month later the procedure will be repeated on my left eye...

U are having eye implants huh? I had LASIK done about 2 or 3 years ago.... they did both eyes same time, process took like 10 mins and as soon as i got off the operating table i could already see better... then over the next month or so your vision gets better, Relatively no pain in healing process and now i am 20 20 woo hoo... 3500 bucks later
