06 Si & 92 MX-5 Owner, Prospective S2K Buyer! PICS
Hey all!
Been a member since March '08 and I never got a chance to formally introduce myself. The S2k has really grown on me over the years and I've just recently resolved to buy one within the next year or two!
I currently own a 2006 Honda Civic Si Coupe and 1992 Mazda Miata. The Si started off as a light street project, but I decided to appoint it as my track car. As of now, the car is being prepped for the 2009 Redline Time Attack season opener at Buttonwillow Raceway, CA. Wish it (and me) luck! Got some pics of the Civic below.
Sadly, my 1992 Miata is nearing the end of its life. It served as my beater, and has seen better days. Months of drifting activities, over-revving, suspension and bumper damages, and commuting to-and-fro work convinced me that it's time to sell the car and move on to something better Don't get me wrong though, it's still an awesome poor-man's sports car haha.
Anyway, I look forward to involving myself more with the s2ki crowd and hopefully, someday when money isn't so tight, I'll be rolling into meets in a genuine AP1!
Pics below! Thanks for viewing!

..and a sad pic of Mr. Miata haha

^Took my first drive a couple weeks ago. The s2k is really just a Civic Si and a Miata fused together. Great Honda engine, ergonomic interior, digital gauges, honda styling, and Miata handling and prowess.
