awesome thread. I think it might have a better home in this sub-forum Automotive builds - S2KI Honda S2000 Forums

This guy is doing something similar with a 510.

your 2002 looks like a ton more fab work, but both seem equally as exciting and i believe were direct competitors in their heyday. Looking forward to seeing the builds eventually up and running.

I'm not sure what the car is going to weigh, but I have access to a scale and I'll take the weight of the car before/after adding the interior&sound system. Maybe one of the moderators can help move this thread over? Thanks for the links too!

Very interesting thread, this is going to be incredible once it's finished up. Show car stuff here.

Super good job with the center console so far too. This is cool as hell!

Very nice! It appears that there is no room for the original brake booster. What is your plan for this? I look forward to an update.

Nice build. I don't think I've ever seen a 2002 with an S2K engine. Great built so far. Can't wait to see the final product.

Just want to say it is awesome to see this car. When I was little, my grandfather had a red 73 2002Tii (bought new, sold it in 1993 to get 525i) and it was one of the cars that inspired my love of cars. My 01 S2000 I bought in 2009 was the car that cemented the love of small nimble RWD performance cars. So to see the two come together like this is really cool!
