congrats on the new car and welcome! i have just recently purchased a 2001 spa yellow s2000 w/135k miles a few months ago and pretty much had the same list, except i started from the bottom of your list and working my way up haha. The valve readjustment+spark plugs did wonders for me so i really recommend doing that as soon as you can! probably be a good idea to change out the rotors/pads too, and i changed my rubber brake hoses for stainless steel ones while i was in there for the brake fluid flush.

Thanks dude. Spa yellow is gorgeous too, i wouldnt mind having one if i didnt end up with berlina black, its in my top 3 colors. the stainless steel hoses aren't a bad idea either lol did you order them online? I'll have to do my discs and pads once i pick up some new tires for sure. Thankfully the calipers are almost new since they're pretty expensive to change compared to the discs and pads (typically anyway)

I just know I find them much more aesthetically pleasing compared to the ones we get in the west
The bulb socket size is different between the US and the UK. Also, the UK has auto-leveling in the headlights. When I bought mine in 2001, the vendor (MG Racing), fabricated an adapter to allow proper installation without the auto-leveling.
