I just bought a 2003 with 36,000 miles. I'm looking for a little exhaust sound, does a test pipe help. Also would the 2008 CR gearshift boot with the yellow stitching fit my 2003?

Hello freq, thanks for the yes & yes. And yes I have a MX 2000s.
I'm looking to add 30 rear wheel hp, normally aspirated of course. I'm thinking head work, (slightly porting the head and polish), HKS exhaust and intake. I'm looking for someone who has experience with this type of request and if 30hp is reachable. Any info is helpful.

My first car was a 1954 MG TF 1250. Purchased used in New Zealand in 1958. Absolutely no power but fun to drive especially drifting on country gravel roads. WHAT A HOOT ! Now 60 years later and age 80 and living in CANADA want my last car to be a sports roadster.. The Honda S2000. I’ve heard great things about this car and I’m sure it’s going to be even more of a hoot when I find the right one. Won’t be drifting on gravel roads though !

Bought my first AP2 S2000 about a few months ago but I am new to these forums.
I've been going to a few meets but the biggest one I've probably been to would be the S2K Beach Cruise in SoCal.
SUP GUYS!

Hi all - new member from the Adelaide Hills in Australia (in the state of South Australia). Just purchased my first S2000 - black, 12/2000, 140k on the clock - complete change in direction for me having sold my 66 stang 6 months ago. Just had a holiday in Christchurch NZ a month ago where I stumbled across a guy who hired out his 2006 S2000. Spent the best day of driving in my life and decided I finally needed to own one. (first lusted after one back in around 2007). Should be picking up my S2000 later today or tomorrow. Look forward to meeting a few other owners online and reading all the fantastic background available on the forums - be gentle I will be new to the S2000 and also a first time Honda owner, so have lots to learn - I turn 50 in Feb next year ;-)

Hi All,
Since 2 weeks, i'm the proud owner of an 2002 S2000. An original car with 246000km on the clock. It's like a dream come true. (My other Honda is a Prelude 2.2 4ws)
The car needed some maintanance, but runs great. This are soms things i did:
- Engine Oil and Oil filter
- Transmission oil
- Differential oil
- Clutch fluid
- Brake fluid
- Spark Plugs
- Cabin filter
- Airco service
- New radiator
- Valve adjustment
- New brakepads front and rear
- K&N replacement filter
- Set the rear hub bolts to 300nm (i heared some ticking front te rear end, is gone now)
Future things;
- Replace head unit for a bluetooth unit with modifry controls
- Repaint the rims, have soms corrosion going on
- Maybe a total repaint, but thats over a few years
