Thx for the reply guys! I am acutally an Account Executive for Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending Devision. We are ALLOT more flexible then Countrywide Home Loans. I can do purchases for people, Refi, Consolidate bills, Lower monthly payments, Get rid of High interest rate Credit cards and enrol them into the loan so now they can be tax deductible and instead of being at 22% they will be a 5% to whatever % you qualify for.

But yeah we are located on the top floor (16). If you guys are ever interested I can take care of you. Just let me know ill be more then happy to help you or your fam/friends out.
