These cars don't need any "mods" and yours appears to already been lowered on aftermarket coilovers and on aftermarket wheels. Considering these mods I'm guessing there's also an aftermarket exhaust of the car as well which is really simple to do. Aftermarket air intakes sound good (if it can be heard over the exhaust) but takes laboratory instruments to measure any power increase. Same for headers.
Only performance mod I can suggest is to lower VTEC engagement to get on the high power cam sooner. This is my major mod. On your year car this takes an aftermarket ECU and a good tuner. 2006+ cars are easier as that ECU is tunable. Beyond this point only forced induction and cosmetic changes are left. Honda really didn't leave much on the table.
Good tires are essential for my enjoyment. Extreme performance summer tires wear quickly but so what?
Save some of your money for a replacement roof. Torn roofs are common as these cars age. You can stitch and patch them but even the little patches I put on mine bothered me so much I replaced the roof.
Note the lack of clearance at the front bumper (made even lower by lowering the whole car). Parking curbs will eat your front spoiler if you're not careful.
Pull a used oil sample when changing the oil next time and send to Blackstone Labs. They have a good data base on these engines. The results will either be reassuring or terrifying.
