Hi, I have been an S2K owner for 8 years & still love it to bits having bought new in 2006. Had 1st new roof in 2008 at Honda's expense, just spotted a new split forming in the same place but only being offered a discount this time as they insist it's not a known issue subject to an extended warranty. Does anyone have any advice to offer?

 

Shoot for 50/50 split of the cost and make sure they file that metal piece down. I believe there is a TSB on that.
