If you need something now, look for something else. If you can wait 6mo tp a year, then it may available.
From AEM "The first application will be for the Mk-IV Supra and is expected to ship around May or so. It will take at least 12-18 months to upgrade the complete line to Series2."

Well, many of those additional features don't really benefit us S2000 guys. But, there are some quirks to the AEM software (such as patches you need to get the logging right, etc...). I suspect those types of issues have been addressed.
I have a 1052 and I read up on fuel injection tuning before tuning my own car (10psi Comptech setup w/750cc injectors, header, exhaust, etc...) and I found the software to be pretty good. The quirks were frustrating but I got through them with a little help from AEM's forum and some guys on S2ki.
