im not knocking the header by all means. I really just think it was my car. I researched a lot before i went into mods. I mean spending 3grand on just exhaust and header isnt something i was going to spend with out researching. I know the header makes power, hah just not on my car. Like i said though, ive always been a booost happy guy, so its my sign to go with an inline kit.

Thanks for the dyno plots. Basically, without retuning the VAFC, the J's header made negligle gains on a car already equipped with I/E. But after retuning, you get gains throughout the entire powerband. Is that correct?

that's correct. changing out the header will change the flow characteristics and if it's not properly tuned then you wont get the full benefit of it. but once it was tuned you can feel the midrange big time.

Hey guys,

Just wondering, and it probably tells me this in my owners manual, but how do you reset your computer?

Is it a simple battery disconnect for over 5 minutes and then reconnect or something else?

I've recently installed the Amuse header and was just curious. A quick little tuning trick such as this should be worth it.

All you have to do is pull the 3rd fuse as described in Xviper's thread.
