Default ASM 70mm

Hi,

I've decided it's time to go single exit to save some more weight and hopefully release a few more hp.

I've decided on the ASM 70mm as it gets good reviews on here, looks subtle and well made plus it's not too loud for track work

I've not decided whether to go all out and go for TI yet, theres about 10lb's extra weight saving right?

Does anyone know if the exhaust comes with a 70mm TP or will I have to buy one?

I'm running a 63mm Berk TP at the moment.

Is there anything else to consider?

Thanks
Rick

You will need to buy one, The ASM is not a header back system.

Thought so, T1R do a 70mm TP don't they?

Also what manifolds are people using with their ASM 70's?

Thanks

Good choice I had a 60MM SS myself and loved it. I'll be picking up the 70MM SS soon. I think the titanium is over priced IMO. I'll be going with a T1R test pipe but I'm still trying to figure out what header to use

I can't wait to get one, I think i'm going to go SS as well for durability more than anything else.

Theres too many headers to choose from J's, TODA, ASM, tracys, hytech?

I was thinking ASM to match the system but I guess the J's/hytech would perform better?

The ASM manifold is a big disappointment. Get the Js.

Sound Level of J's 70RS compare to ASM 70 is like Day and Night.

ASM 70 SS weights 26lbs and Ti is 12-13lbs.

I am having my J's Header coated and put on soon.
