nope. it's the " ASM rear cross GT bar". it connects the two lower sway bar mounts to the frame. see photo below:

not installed yet because i am still debating how i want to mount the lower part of the bar. possibly going to tap and die but not sure yet.
i read on the asm blog that gotuing is making a special run of these.
