I love my PowerHouse Amuse Dual Titan R1. Best exhaust made for our car hands down IMO (in either the single or dual configuration). Weight savings is the real benefit as no exhaust is going to net you ridiculous gains

best performance hands down is J's 70RR
best performance while retaining cat is TopSecret
best performance while retaining cat and 1 resonator is J's 60RR and Amuse R1 titan

Best sounding is Amuse Dual R1, but don't expect the power gains of the single exhausts above.

Wow, so the amuse dual really sounds that good. I had the invidia on my02, and that thing sounded great in the revs. The drone could get to you though, but it was very affordable($62)

I now have an my04, and I am thinking about buying the best dual, which looks like it my be the amuse dual. I did read about some guys have rattling noises after a year or so of use. That would really piss me off if I spent 2 grand for a rattle. The 11 pound weight is also a nice benefit.

Oh, maybe I should just save the two grand for a supercharger

That some guy would be me, unfortunately.

Not to knock Amuse, but I was very disappointed when this happened. Bulletproof did help me out and now I'm running the R1 Titan single with no resonator. I still have no idea why after a year of use, the resonator started rattling. After what happened to me and apparently several others as well, I cannot recommend any Amuse exhausts with resonator, such as the R1 Titan Extra (my old one) or the Extra W (the dual).

thats nothing, sideways blew up his resonator with a backfire

still sucks either way, the exhaust is a pretty penny...

I personnaly think the Best exhaust for the S2000 is the J's Racing 70RR. Its the lightest, makes the most power (I think neck and neck with the T1R 70mm), comes with a silencer, less expensive than the Amuse counterpart, and it sounds good. (although probably too loud for everyday driving. That said, I'm buying the T1R 70mm 1st because its quieter and right now my car is a DD, and 2nd because its $400-500 cheaper than the J's. When my car retires to just track duty, I'll be picking up a J's 70RR.

With all that said, the Amuse exhausts are pieces of art. More worthy of house decoration than the underside of a car.

T1R, J's, and Amuse get the my vote.
