Classic Honda logo?
 

I managed to find a part number for this emblem, the red one at least. 87101-504-000 I came across this link to it on S2ki, but nothing after that and it was in 2005 so I'd rather not revive the thread. Mainly I'm curious if anyone knows where to find them. Not only for an s2000, but a friend of mine likes messing with older bikes and if you find one old part you usually find more.

Unfortunately those hood badges are discontinued here and are very rare anywhere in Japan. I located a white one overseas for my S500 roadster, unfortunately the individual only had one and doesn't know where any others might be. If you happen to find a source I'd be interested in another one as a spare.

If I manage to find a distributor or even just a couple I'll have to let you know. I've found a classic parts distributor in Germany who looks promising, but I haven't heard anything back from them about it yet. That's when I figured I would post on here to see if anyone had any information.

There is an original on ebay right now, kinda beat for 150 bucks.

I seem to remember a guy in either South or Central America selling them on ebay a few years back. I believe his were reproductions of sorts, but they were priced reasonably.

I haven't seen them recently though :(

Found the emblem in Japan. There are still S600, S800 enthusiasts in Japan, in the US as well. You can check out message boards and see if they got any fs.

These are available, they are a flat emblem that is affixed using double sided tape. The seller, Ricky Nagata, is easy to deal with and ships promptly after paying him via PayPal. These emblems are only available in red or white and are reproduction one's similar to what came on the S500-S800's.

Is that correct, the cost of that emblem is almost 800 US dollars?

Paypal check out shows $79.48 USD for me. I would expect about a 2.9% bank exchange rate fee on your bank statement also.

Phew. I just put the amount into Google and it converted into USD. Glad that it is wrong!

I know this is not the intention of the thread, but what bumper/options is this?
