Endless Brakes
I did a search and did not find useful info on Endless brake products. The "blue calipers" would work cosmetically with my car, but I wondered about performance/quality. Is anyone on the list running them?...feedback?
Thanks |
I used Endless rotors, SS lines, and SS-S pads on my Evo. I was very happy with the results. Personally, I think unless you go with the monoblock 4-piston Endless caliper, you're better off with the cheaper, but still effective Spoon monoblock caliper (or just keep it stock). And it's blue, too...

JsAP1 and AmuseAP1 used to have Endless. I think "I don't wait" also either has or had them. There's a few members that did. Endless products tend to have good manufacturing quality. My biggest concern with Endless and Project Mu brakes would be servicibility...I don't believe either has any support in the US for replacement parts (pistons, seals, etc.) as Endless USA and Mackin are only importers...but that may not be a concern for you. They do look purdy tho.

I had them and got rid of them. They were expensive and still run over $3000 for the front kit only. They were really good. Only really bad problem is your choice of wheels that you can use with these brakes. It is very limited infact more so than the Spoon calipers. Only real reason I got rid of them is because I finally got a chance to get one of my favorite wheels that I couldnt get for 4 years. The gold 16 inch Work Emotion forged so I went back to Spoon brakes, however I may go with the DC5 forged Project Mu 4pot 2pad set up because its smaller and will clear these wheels. Only extra thing I need is the Spoon AP1 bracket. Anyway I am rambling on.
I would either keep your OEM brakes and upgrade your rotors, pads, lines, and tires or go for something less expensive an will get the job one. Spoon 4 pot Alcon 4 pot These are just a couple other options. The thing you guys should keep in mind is your options. Dont be narrow minded and think ohh well its Endless or Winmax so it must be the best. Far from being the truth. Its also about what your going to use them for. Track? Daily driving? Show? Anyway good luck with your search. BTW I was sponsored by Endless USA/Auto RnD and can try and get you a decent deal on the Endless 6pot set and it comes in different colors too. I know this is off topic, but I am very interested in the brake setup you were talking about. Just wondering your opinion as to if it will fit/clear 16x7 +48 (i think) ce28ns without the need for spacers. Also wondering price of the components needed (searched but could'nt find much)
thanks :) |
true but i already have the +48 wheels. Im a noob when it comes to BBKs and such.
