That is false logic. None of those good reviews are based on any long term use.

I hate when people suggest this....yes you'll gain a little bit by going with the ap1 flywheel, but it's not the same as going with a lighter aftermarket wheel. Most negative theories about going to light is just BS. I ran the toda for 3 years with no idle issues, start up issues, etc.

I still do not understand how people can mod there cars using parts from existing vehicles when the owners of those vehicles use aftermarket parts because they show better gains. It's like the b series guys that get type r header...when the type r guys get aftermarket ones and hget better gains...just dumb in my opinion.
So true man. Altho I can understand why some people take those routes

Did you ran or are you running the Toda on your current AP2?

Thank you for your replies

So.... as far as i understand going to lighter pulleys there are still no long term feedbacks if it is safe to do.I believe the following idea from a member might be a reason

Not sure if the stock crank pulley acts as a harmonic damper on the S, if it does I wouldn't recommend running an aftermarket unit
As far as the flywheel i have the european version 2004 model which is still the F20C motor. So probably i have the AP1 flywheel although is the facelift model. Is the TODa still lighter than the Ap1 flywheel?

Can you suggest me any other modification that can do in my car to gain hp without changing the gear ratio and staying N/A?

S2000_FUN - As I stated the evasive guys are the only ones right now with any experience running the T1R crank pulley...and after 3 years of having it on(remember they use there cars regularly on the track) they claimed to have no issues.

Anyone as far as flywheels. Fidanza and Toda should be your first choice...they are both at about 8lbs. Comptech makes one, J's, Spoon, lots of others and they are usually around 9 lbs. To be honest you can't go wrong with any of them.

I spoke with a Honda tech that has been building engines for 22 years and he installed my pulleys and says our motor will work with these for years to come and wont cause any issues.
