As far as the Crux c/o's, I recently asked AJ PwR about them in a thread, I'm going to check his response now. I'm curious to know how they are also.

Okay, the car is made in Japan, but where do you drive it. The importance of owning a car is not the car, it's the drive. Why do you keep refering to my experience, you know nothing about it. And, if I take your advice on a product that you have experience with and relay it to another member, that makes that information unworthy. It makes no sense to me. So all these years my teachers at school and college professors have been teaching me uncredible information because they didn't have Einstein teach it to me himself. You are an idiot.

Oh yeah, the stock S2000 brakes work excellent at the track with some track pads, so there is no use for CF fenders.

I dont know how many time I have said that. And again I didnt pay anything for my Spoon setup so price is not relevant.

What about the difference in weight between the stock calipers and say, spoons?

I don't think I know everything, I've never in my life felt that way. But after being on a race team for the last year, 3-5 hrs a night 2-3 nights a week, setting up a car on scales, adjusting toe, cross weights, swapping shocks, springs, adding spring rubbers, moving the track bar and sway bars, I've learned a thing or two about setting up race cars and track suspensions.

Trust me, those little pounds your saving with calipers aren't a big deal for a weekend racer, your not competing, and at your and mine definetly driving ability, its not as big of a deal.
In other words, spending your money on race schools or autocross classes would save you a lot more time on your laps then -5 pounds from your brakes.
Once again, you're just buying a product to show you have it, not for any real function that's worth the money.
