I am thinking about J's straight pipe as well. Any problems with '06 CEL?
I'll let you know in the next 2 weeks, but my understanding is there won't be any CELs.

It'll definately increase the drone as well as adding rhaspiness to your exhaust sound.
I have an invidia exhaust and adding a spoon test pipe took the sound from indy car to more of a raspy fart can muffler sound. I would have taken it off but it's worth the power to me.

testpipe on the invidia does lower the drone a bit however it does give the invidia a more raspy noise down low. I don't mind it because at WOT it sounds mean as hell

How about a test pipe and header? A header usually gives a nice deep tone, especially under VTEC.

I don't have a header so I can't comment on it -- I only own the testpipe

I bought my amuse straight pipe from Ben a year ago, I love it.

The only thing I did not like about it was the krazy price tag.
