I think you're talking about the bumper right Pete? If you mean that black part on the bottom thats J's racing's diffuser.
The diffuser in the above pics is really low, but I'm going to get the J's S-type rear bumper. It has a diffuser, but it's over the pipes.

It was not very heavy work, but the bumper had to be painted afterwards because of the cutting edge. I just inserted a black grille behind the bumper...now waiting for the diffuser to come in...
