this is the way I installed my spoiler(Ings+1, same base). open the trunk and look for the the indentation for the oem wing, 1 indentation on each side along the egde of the trunk on each side. drill that out and use that as a starting point for the futhermost(towards the rear) bolt hole. Line the plastic guide against the edge of the trunk and mark the remaining 3 holes on easch side using the plastic base as a guide. hope that helps out.

I got this qoute from the member J's racing

* Your rear-most hole should be about 3.5in from the back edge of the trunk. you want to make sure that its mounted proper for the most amount of angle adjustment on the wing. if you mount it too far rearward, you wonnt get much angle due to the slope of the trunk. *

You should measure from the airfoil to some fixed part on the car. It's important that airfoil is square with the car, not the bases.

Ok sorry to be a dick or to burst your bubble but i think you installed it wrong. I dunno if your going for looks or function. But if your going for function I believe that your rear-most hole should be about 3.5in from the back edge of the trunk. But I guess if you like it like that, then congratz on the install and it looks great =)

And heres what I found on J

May I ask why you put a GT wing on a stock car, I just can't understand why people are running GT wing on a street car.
