I'm not so sure about this. I'm betting the brace's bottom part bolts to the big cross brace under the intake. The S2000's engine bay area is so stiff as it is, I don't think any braces will increase ridgidity. But here's to hoping it does!

Consider the location of our batteries, it will be easier for the hoses to collapse.

It looks like the GT tower brace bolts to the same location that the steering rack does.
