Default question for j's racing type-s front bumper owners

i was wondering if you guys use your stock radiator cooling panel. its the black plastic one. I've noticed that during installation the bodyshop pulled that out and theres nothing there.

im talking about this piece here...

i just checked out the spot where the panel bolts/clips in, theres nowhere for the holes to go, i think the J's bumper is covering it. Any have a description of how to put the stock panel back on?
