Default quick question about J's, ASM wide fenders

do these wider front fenders work with the stock inner liner fenders, or do they come with them??

I've seen pics that suggest that the J's fenders come with either their own, or extensions... I don't think the ASM do at all... could be wrong though

My wider Cwest fenders didnt but even if they did I wouldnt use it. To use the fenders to the maxium benefit I had to trim/shave about an inch off thus taking off the tab supports for the OEM fender liner. I still have the inner liner but its cut back just enough not to rub and its functional.

I doubt Js or ASM come with their own inner fender liner.

I cant speak for them. I had mine re-enforced for daily driving and track time. So mine are ok. Not sure about the Js or ASM ones.

How did you go about reinforcing your fenders? From the bulletproof website it says "it includes the inner fender pieces as well." I wonder if they mean the inner fender lining? Still debating whether or not these wide fenders are worth the money or if i should just cut/roll my stock ones.

The clearance that you're getting sounds more than enough for me. I'm running 225/45/17 and 255/40/17 on +50 and +63 offset and its rubbing the fender lining in the front with a 1.5-2 inch drop. That is just from daily driving and i cannot imagine what would happen to my fender when i track my car. From your other thread though, i am assuming that painting the fenders costs an arm and a leg to do correctly. I want the wider fenders, but I think it would look awkward for me to drive around with cf fenders and no other cf or aftermarket body parts. I prefer the OEM style cwest fenders, but if its gonna cost upwards of 1000 dollars to paint, i might just got with the J's. Thinking about spending this much money just n fenders gives me a headache . Sooo whens the next fender rolling day?
