Rivets for widebody

Default Rivets for widebody

Can anyone please show me some nice rivets which can be put on a car to leave exposed.

Tried google went to a body supply shop nothing interesting

so help me out Please with pics and were to buy some

It's hard to tell in this pic, but my friend used some black rivets. It's a nice little touch that looks real clean in person.

where can you get black rivets? I was considering some for my overfenders.

A good hardware store should have them. Otherwise you might need to order them from a fastener supply place.

My buddy got them from the body shop that did his install and paint work. I think they're just black, and also they don't look like philips screws, I believe they have hex heads.

You seem to be confused about what rivets are. They don't screw in to anything, so the don't have phillips heads, slotted heads, torx heads, or anything like that.

There are many different kinds of fasteners, but only rivets are actually rivets. They hold by deforming the metal of the rivet (either by using a rivet gun and bucking bar to cold-deform the metal of the rivet or by using a "blind rivet" like a pop rivet).
