Recently rode in a friends car with pss9s on 9k springs front and rear and was very impressed with how they felt. With those rates they are nearly identical to the v3 rates and I'd personally take the pss9 with new springs over the KWs. They also come out cheaper. Pss9s can fairly often be found for around $900-1000 in the classifieds.

Very very happy with the PSS9s + Swifts. I think I'm right at $1,000 all in with the springs and a used set of PSS9s.
