Toda pulleys

There are at least 2 threads on these pulleys in the N/A section.

They don't do much, if anything, for the S.

ASM sells out of these Toda sets as soon as they get them in their shop in Japan, but we're too scared to use them in the US.

i was recently looking at these too. Then i came across this thread and im scared now of that vibrating my engine thing. =(

ASM has installed dozens of these kits in their shop in Japan. They know what they're doing. If it was a bad part, they wouldn't sell/install it. ASM even developed an additional kit that includes the final two pulleys. I really don't understand the problem we have with this idea. You can argue the usefullness of the kit, and the price, but there is no evidence of a problems with the engine due to the mod.

Because last time we had this discussion, no one was able to provide any definitive data showing that they even could. In fact, the math explicitly showed that they couldn't.

GoTuning should dyno them and raise the price of the pulley set $5 to cover the dyno cost. Reasonable

Plus I dont see how they could ever hurt. The less rotating mass the better.
