Default Wet or Dry wing? Type 1 or Type 2?

Hi guys,

I'd like to know if anyone has felt how a dry carbon wing compares to a wet carbon one on the tracks. Is there any noticeable difference to justify what is a really big price difference?

Also wondering if anyone has felt how much more or similar a Type 2 Voltex GT wing gives downforce compared to a Type 1?

There is no difference in performance, the dry carbon is little lighter that is all.

Consider adding a gurney to a type I if budget is a concern. It should increase the overall effectiveness of the wing without too big of a penalty in additional drag induced by the gurney flap.
