Will 17x9 +28 work with the front and rear?

I plan on cutting the rear fender.

J's widefenders on the front, and J's over fenders on the rear.
Yes this would work....might have to play a little with the settings... but it should work no problem....

Are you running ASM front fenders or your flared OEM fenders still? Do you have any pictures of those wheels?

I'd like to do the ASM front/rear fenders and I'm not sure if I should do 17x9.5 +40 or +47 all around? Let me know what you thin.
Well the rears will be fine as people run as low as 17x9+22 which is about a +28 offset in 9.5 terms. It may be sunk in a little more than you'd like unless your compensating for the higher offset with more tire.

As for the fronts, I ran an 18x8+28 which equates to a +46 in 9.5" terms. I think I could have used a little more room, but not much, so with the same size tire in the front as the rear, it'll be pushing it and may not quite fit.

so you're going to be running a +15?? theres no way that'll fit! unless you're driving straight!
I ran 18x9.5 +12 with 265/35 without rubbing.

Anyone know what the wheel and tires size on the Arrows car is??? I know there runing molded over fenders front and rear. BTW if anyone knows where they got the over fenders please let me know. I saw a write up some time ago by them when they molded them in but I don't know where they got them.

Anyone know what the wheel and tire size info is on the Arrows car? Click this to see the car and its page in Japanese

And here is the car:

Also if one is planning on running 18 x 9.5 all around what offset would be optimum? I know its probably been covered but please enlighten me.
