CA has more shops than anywhere in the country. If you can't find a place to work on your car, you're not looking.

The amount of shops isn't the problem, it's how detailed oriented they are. I have a shop I take my S to, but the stuff the TypeOne does, and in the detail on how they do it, is amazing.

Yes, California has a lot of shops. but most of them lack of service quality. for instance, most of the mechanic don't care about customers' cars such as windows rolling down for days and interior gets very dusty. these people are just careless when they sit into customers' cars.

I don't think any of that is specific to Type One...more so, Japan service industry in general. There is no comparison between the American service industry and Japanese service industry. Americans just don't give a F---

I am sorry but that is not true. Type One is a Honda specialty shop, but i can guarantee you that the work on alot more than Type R. When i was there a few years ago. There was a R34 GTR in the bay, as well as other car models that had nothing to do with motorsport. Just like most shops, they have to do these jobs to keep the lights on.
