When is everyone going to be taking their cars off the road? Any plans for over the winter?
Mine has been off the road for the past week. I planed on driving it until the end of this month, but I have been having some noise coming from the rear end. I am hoping it's just axle related not diff!! So my winter plans are fixing that issue and replacing my valve seals and upgrading to ap2 retainers.
What kind of noise? Did you install driveshaft spacers when you lowered it?

No I never installed the spacers, I was unaware of them until later on. The noise is a distinct clunk when its under load.

This is so awesome! Happy to see it made its journey here safe and sound.

Are you going to post any photos of the interior?

I don't have many, but here's one.

In other news I installed some coilovers and ordered a hardtop. Anyone else doing things or have any plans for their cars this winter?

cool. have you drove it enough to have an opinion on the variable rate steering? that seems like a weird thing to get used to.

I ordered my top from Forbidden USA, Kinda sucks with the exchange rate right now.

As far as the variable steering goes, I like it but I guess I don't notice too much of a difference because this is the only S2000 I've ever owner...not that thats helpful lol.
But I do love the way it handles, I just would't be able to make a good comparison.

Oh wow.. ya I bet the exchange rate bit you in the butt
I was going to order one this past summer from them, but I had a hard time spending more then what's its worth. If our dollar ever decided to go back up, I will defiantly get one from Forbidden. How long is the estimated ship time?
