Default Anybody do business with j2k?

I bought some stock rims with victoracers about a month ago, and I sent him the money though paypal and the money is cleared and he hasn't sent me the rims. He hasn't replyed to any of my PM's or emails....

I'm hopping that he just hasn't had the time to send them.

better file a claim with paypal asap. You only have a limited amount of time to do so. If that time has passed you might have been screwed. Good Luck!

Screw that, if you still have time file a claim with paypal. If he delivers the stuff you can always cancel the claim. If he doesn't you get all or some of your money back. Cover yourself.

I agree with Turbo_pwr. I'm not saying there's anything underhanded going on here but.....too often we've seen people buy stuff and then the seller drags it out until there is no recourse with paypal and the buyer gets screwed. Best to protect yourself if possible since you haven't been in contact with the seller for a while. It can always be sorted out if everything's on the up and up.

thanks everybody. I just filed a claim with paypal, i'm still with-in the time limit to file one. Does anybody know how well paypal works to get your money back? They said its not guaranteed, has anyone filed a claim successfully?
I guess if he comes through then I will just cancel my claim.

i would check with the bank to see if anything can be done as well then. 1 month with no answer is way to long. I suggest you get in contact with TITS https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...&threadid=95561

Good Luck I am keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I know j2k. I'll see if I can get hold of him somehow and let him know about this thread.
