Interested in MTF (is it v.2 and compatible to s2k?), and antifreeze x2.

I'll try to get a quote for you on shipping for those items. It may be kind of costly being that the coolant is so large and rather heavy. I'm going to try and get more flat rate boxes from the postoffice tomorrow and hopefully they will have one that will fit everything.
I'm also going to get a quote for shipping it all together if they don't have a flat rate box that will fit.
As far as the MTF is concerned, it is the green label version as opposed to the old (black) label (I'm not sure if that's the v.2 you are referring to). As far as S2000 compatiability, I'm sure it is. I don't think there is a specific MTF for the S2000 and this is the bottle I got asking for MTF at the Honda dealership.
