Default CA: SOS N1200 Stage 2+ Supercharger system +Extras - 500whp+ Dynojet proven

I am selling my beloved SOS S/C kit that was installed on an AP2v1 (2005/non-DBW) since I am going Ptuning turbo. This was originally a complete stage 2 kit with an N1220SL (self lubricated) which I purchased from ScienceofSpeed. After N1220SL problems, I traded it in for a N1200 oil-fed and started shooting for more power with reliability. Along that path, I started upgrading parts, which addressed some of the kit's deficiencies. This kit has proven performance (500whp+ DynoJet with stock exhaust and test pipe) and reliability. I am keeping the AEM EMS so you would need an ECU or some other tuning solution. I have included the original injectors that are RC650s and the Walbro 255 fuel pump. I have new o-rings for the injectors. This kit has less than 30,000 miles on it and is in good condition. The volute, the part that the intake arm attaches to, was re-powdercoated last year. The blower, N1200, has about 21,000 miles and no shaft play.

This kit will work on an AP1 as the parts and tuning solution are the same for an AP2v1 ('04-'05). The only thing to consider is the supercharger pulley size. With an AP1, the redline is higher so more boost will be produced at redline versus and AP2. The original 3.8" pulley that came with the kit produced 10psi at sea level with an N1220 supercharger at 8400rpms on my AP2v1. According to SOS, with the N1200 supercharger, a 3.8" will produce 12.5psi at 9000pms with an AP1 and 11.5psi at 8000rpms with an AP2. I will work with the buyer in determining what pulley size is appropriate for their fuel and power goal. I wouldn't go over 10psi for 91 octane and 12psi for 12psi, but that is up to how comfortable your tuner is.

Below is a link the the current ScienceofSpeed/SOS Stage 2 Supercharger kit

https://www.scienceofspeed.com/index...all-years.html

Here is a breakdown as follows:

-Complete SOS Stage 2 kit with Novi 1200 oil-fed supercharger minus the AEM EMS
-3.0 inch SOS N1200/1220 pulley with Gates Green stripe belt
-3.8 inch SOS N1200/N1220 pulley with Gatorback belt
-Dual diverter valves, Turbosmart Kompact and Forge Splitter. The Turbosmart valve fully vents to air and the Forge is currently set to recirculate. The Forge can be set to partially vent to air for that blow-off sound in a matter of seconds.
-T-bolt clamps from the blower exhaust to the throttle body.
-Welded lip on blower intake (after a while, the intake will start slipping off even with T-bolt clamps)
-Heat exchanger bracket extensions to bring heat exchanger closer to the bumper after removing the black grill. The original H/E location is possible after removing the extensions.

Free Extras:

3.0 Reichard Racing Pulley - 18 to 21psi, 500whp+/300tq+ with proper fueling (Merry Christmas! These are hard to find.)
Extra AEM Dryflow air filter (these are re-usable)
New 5.75” ASP crank pulley (I paid $150 for this)
Husky belt strap wrench (for easier blower pulley changes)
Two additional idler pulleys with different sizes to get that belt tension right
New Gates Green Stripe belt for 3.0” pulley

As I mentioned, this includes full install support via voice or in-person if local.

Below are some pics

Great set up. Seems you have done all the problem solving for anyone wanting to with a reliable supercharger. And you have extras that take lots of research to figure out and source ! Someone needs to jump on this.

Thanks for bumps. Yes, it's been overspun about 6% during dyno pulls for split seconds after belt tightening and temporarily increasing the rev limit from 8200 to 8500 for bragging rights. KW on the other hand is a different story. On the street, there was slippage that occurred, rev limiter was lowered, and belt tension was loosened. Also, S/C power is linear, so your comment about overspinning for 21k is invalid.

The blowers are capable of handling 10% over spin without issues, per reliable sources of many people who do it. Certainly nothing a new owner needs to worry about.

Below is some packing material. The kit will be shipped in two boxes unless it's picked up locally. The heat exchanger will be properly packed. Also, please do not ping me for lowballing.
