Custom 3" Race Exhaust - $300
$300
Header back
3" diameter
Full mandrel bent
Full stainless with a Magnaflow 3" oval muffler
Turns down before the subframe brace bar
No cat
Includes O2 fix
WEIGHS UNDER 15lbs COMPLETE
Sounds absolutely stunning. I got constant complements when running this exhaust on the street. Quieter than you probably expect, but still louder than I care to run on the street. I'm an old man who refuses to listen to a drone-y exhaust, though, so take that with a grain.
This was the front section from an exhaust that I built for my AP1. I used everything behind the turn down to make an exhaust for my new car, but I was able to keep the front section as a usable exhaust. The only catch is that the muffler hangs about 1 1/4" below the lowest point on the frame rail, which is only a problem if you're REALLY low, or if you have a sharply angled driveway or speed bumps to go over regularly. My car wasn't super low, but it was lowered, and I really didn't have any problems in any normal situations:

1.) Since when did it become common practice to crap in For Sale threads around here?
2.) It's a professionally fabricated race exhaust. It doesn't really matter what it sounds like, it takes more than 40 lbs off the car and passes a 100dB sound check.
3.) Sorry I don't have any pics or videos of it. I probably only put 2 weeks on it in this configuration before I changed it, then I changed it back after I sold the car so that I could use the materials from the rear section in an exhaust for my new car. You can't see any of it from outside the car, either way, as it's set up like the chopped stock exhausts that the autocross guys run, so there isn't anything to see from behind the car.
4.) Sale pending.
