Packaging materials or it could be light reflections. But I can assure you it's just the photo.

Take a look at the hood installed on the car. Those white stuff you are referring to is not present.

But of course if you are a serious buyer I can do FaceTime or additional photos of your liking. Just let me know and thanks for looking.
