FS: Polished Vortech S/C Kit for AP1
 

Selling a complete Polished Vortech V2 Aftercooled S/C kit for AP1. I had it on my car since 2006 and put less than 8K miles on it...I am going back to stock. I bought the kit used and it had a fresh rebuild then, and I verified this with Vortech when I bought the kit. They replaced the seals and installed quiet bearings. No problems with the kit, when I had it on the car and ran very strong, blower is healthy no shaft play/no leaks/sounds good.

Comes with a newer FMU since the one that originally came with it caused my car to run lean. This has been corrected with the new FMU and pulled consistent dyno numbers. It pulls ~305HP to the wheels. Also, installed a new Walbro fuel pump, crank pulley, and idler pulley when the kit was installed in 2006/less than 8K miles ago. I might still have the receipts for these which I could provide with the sale.

Had it professionally uninstalled by a local shop. Comes with all the parts to make it work. I will have pictures of the actual kit uninstalled, for now here is a picture when it was installed.

will not fit to ap2?

I think there are some components that are different on an AP2 kit like the Blackbox. I am sure someone who knows more about the compatibility will chime in.

It will work with an ap2 if you go with new management and injectors.
