3 sets of brand new Project Kics R40 open end lug nuts in 12x1.5mm thread pitch for sale. Made in Japan, strong, light-weight lug nuts with the washer design to ensure proper lug seating, no torque loss, and minimal damage to wheels wheel installing. The open end design allows these lug nuts to be used with standard length OEM studs or extended wheel studs. Each set includes 20 lug nuts and necessary sockets. One set of the black/gunmetal color has 4 locking lug nuts + 16 regular lug nuts.

what size sockets are these 17mm? 19mm?

The lug nuts themselves are 17mm. The socket that comes with is basically an adapter that takes 21mm down to 17mm (the locking set also has a key in addition to the socket adapter).
